An airliner is a type of plane designed to transport passengers and cargo from one location to another. They are usually operated by airlines. Airliners can only fly within the confines of a planet with an atmosphere. They can not go into space, like their space equivalent. The number of passengers and cargo an airliner can hold depends on the size of the plane.
