A domain is a large-area abilities centered on the Spirit Master using it. It provides effects based on what type of domain it is, mainly increasing the strength of the user and decreasing the strength of any opponents within range. Domains are extremely rare amongst Spirit Masters, even among Title Douluo. 100,000 Year Spirit Beasts all seem to have innate domains.
Only two known domains can be obtained through trials: the Deathgod, with it's variants and the Sea God domains. Spirit masters with high quality spirits have a better chance of obtaining a domain through gaining highly compatible spirit rings.
Domains obtained through trials have effects based on that trial and mostly separate themselves from the Spirit Master's spirit. If the spirits share a similarity with the domain effects, they might benefit each other. Domains which originate from one's spirit boost its effects within the range of the domain.
