Description[]
The Federation was created after the events of SL3 when humanity begin to explore outer space. It is composed of the former Sun-Moon Federation, the Dou Ling Empire, and the Star Luo Federation. It has existed for 10,000 years and has discovered and terraformed many planets for humanity and spirit beasts to live on. So far there are seven planets belonging to the Federation and many resource planets.[1] The Federation dislikes the independence of Tang Sect and Shrek Academy and fear them.[2] They have been suppressing them and hope one day to seize the Eternal Tree from Shrek Academy. They made an unspoken rule to not allow Shrek Academy inner court students enter the military, but this didn't stop the 33 Sky Wings from entering the military.[3][4] On the surface though, Tang Sect and Shrek Academy are in a cooperative relationship with the Federation government.
In SL4.5, the Douluo Federation was able to expanded its territory to half a galaxy. The science and technology development slowed down a little after the Divine Realm returned to the Douluo Planet, since most people would rather spend their time on cultivating, become gods, and gain eternal life. The Federation still continues their exploration and occupation of foreign planets.

Research Center[]
The Douluo Federation has a research center on the Douluo, Heaven Dou, and Heaven Luo Planets. The Heaven Luo branch was the one who found Nana frozen in ice in the Extreme Northern Lands. The Heaven Dou branch found an egg that housed Tang Xuanyu in the same place. Lan Xiao was the head of the team and Nan Cheng was part of the team.
Military[]
The Federation military has expanded to unprecedented levels with the seven great fleets as its main force of power and protection from enemy forces. Six of the Great Fleets are positioned near the Dragon Horse Galaxy to keep an eye on future attacks by them. The First Great Fleet is stationed at a asteroid close to the Douluo Planet. In the past, there was only Five Fleets, but after the invasion by the Dragon Horse Galaxy, they hastily expanded the number of fleets to seven. The War nearly wiped out the great fleets. Even though the Federation had that unspoken rule about Shrek Academy, two of the commanders of the Seven Great Fleets are from Shrek's branch academy.[5][4] The eight fleet was in the process of being built and staffed during the events of SL4. The relationship between the military and Shrek Academy is better than Shrek's relationship with the government, since some Shrek students join the military after graduating.
In SL4.5, the fleet was expanded to thirty-two fleets.
Seven Great Fleets[]
Also known as Universe Fleets, each one is composed of an Aircraft Carrier, four Dragon Emperor Class Frigates, twelve Wargod Class Battleships, and numerous Meteor Class Assault Ships, Falling Star Class Scout Ships, Transport Ships, Supply Ships, and etc.[6]
