Description[]

The Doutian Ministry or Doutian Department is the combat department of the Douluo Federation against other forces in the universe. It is used daily to perform special tasks, and ordinary federal citizens do not know its existence. It can be called "Walking alone in the dark, protecting the Federation forever in peace."

The Doutian Department is mainly composed of the Douluo Federation's Military Department, Shrek Academy, Tang Sect, War God Temple, Spirit Pagoda, major sects and families. It is strong, the backbone of peace and the elite of the elite.

Organizational Structure[]

In the Doutian Ministry, there are only four ministers who are ninth-level Doutians. They are Qiangu Qingfeng, the Master of War God Temple, Shrek Academy's Sea God Pavilion Master Ling Zichen, and 33 Sky Wings's Captain Tang Xuanyu.

The Minister of the Doutian Department is Qiangu Qingfeng of the Qiangu Clan thousands of years ago. The Master of War God Temple is the Deputy Ministers' head, because, Ling Zichen basically does not care about the affairs of the Doutian Department.

There are nine levels of Doutian members. Members can be upgraded by earning Doutian points by completing corresponding tasks or making great contributions to the Federation. In order to be promoted to the first level of the sky fighter, in addition to completing a task, a hundred points are required. Higher levels require more points. The Newcomer's Manual is used as reference guide.
The classification of Sky Fighters is very simple, just like a soul master, from the first level to the ninth level. First-level Sky Fighter is the lowest and Ninth-level Sky Fighter is the highest. When the points reach a certain level, the level will naturally increase and higher permissions will be opened. The points spent will not affect the total points earned. All points earned are cumulative in terms of permissions.
The higher the level, the more resources that can be mobilized by the Doutian Ministry. For example, when Sky Fighters have a certain level, they can directly mobilize the Doutian Ministry's battleship to cooperate with them during missions, without the need to take public flying tools. In that case, the speed will be faster and more convenient. The battleship only serves the sky fighters, and the specific task time is also determined by the sky fighters themselves.
High-level Sky Fighters have authority anywhere in the Federation. For example, when performing tasks with the military, you can enjoy the ranks of military merits, and you can command lower-level officers and troops. All the Sky Fighters are guaranteed by the organization where they belong to. Therefore, when performing their tasks, they must also consider their own organization.
The behavior of the Sky Fighters will be directly fed back to the organization where the sky fighter is. The same is true if there is a problem. Sky fighters committing crimes, just like ordinary people, they must be punished by law, and at the same time they will be expelled from the team of sky fighters.
Because most of the tasks performed by the Sky Fighters are classified, therefore, they must pay special attention to confidentiality during the execution of the task. Leaking information is the most serious culpability in Doutian Department.

The newcomer must complete a preparatory task to become an official sky fighter.

1st Level Sky Fighter[]

A newcomer must accumulate a hundred points to be upgraded to the first level.

2nd Level Sky Fighter[]

A sky fighter must accumulate a thousand points to be upgraded to the second level. The Second Level Sky Fighter is equivalent to the rank of captain in the military.

3rd Level Sky Fighter[]

A sky fighter must accumulate ten thousand points to be upgraded to the third level. A Third Level Sky Fighter is equivalent to the rank of major.

4th Level Sky Fighter[]

A sky fighter must accumulate a hundred thousand points to be upgraded to the fourth level. The Fourth Level Doutian is equivalent to the rank of colonel.

5th Level Sky Fighter[]

A sky fighter must accumulate a million points to be upgraded to the fifth level.

6th Level Sky Fighter[]

A sky fighter must accumulate ten million points to be upgraded to the sixth level. The Sixth Level Sky Fighter is on the same level as the major general.

7th Level Sky Fighter[]

A sky fighter must accumulate a hundred million points to be upgraded to the seventh level.

8th Level Sky Fighter[]

Doutian Mission Center[]

The students of Shrek Academy will receive tasks in the task hall. These tasks are not exclusive to Shrek Academy. The same mission center is found in places such as Spirit Pagoda, Tang Sect, War God Temple, and Federation's Military Department. All can receive tasks. The mission system is interlinked.

Under the big screen, there are also consoles. When receiving tasks, Shrek students need to scan their soul communicator, and after confirming their identity, select the task, and the success will be displayed. If it is unsuccessful, it means that someone has already received the task first. Some team tasks can be picked up by the team leader, and then others can be added to the team to meet the number requirement.

Sky Fighter Mission[]

Some tasks can be claimed by many people, and some tasks are unique. Once they are claimed, they cannot be claimed by others until they are not completed or failed. Different levels of difficulty have different integral coefficients. Tasks of the same difficulty are also distinguished by their degree of difficulty. Therefore, after each task, there will be a corresponding point mark.

The mandatory task of Shrek Academy is based on the difficulty of the students to complete. This is different from points, it belongs to Shrek Academy's own requirements, and points are universal. Some tasks are time-limited. Once the time is exceeded, even if they are completed, they will fail, and no points will be earned. At the same time, after the task is over, there is a special complaint system. For example, what kind of problems and difficulties are encountered, and will be evaluated according to the recorder of the communicator. If the difficulty of the task exceeds the original difficulty, there will be additional points. If a partner has a problem during the mission, such as causing harm to a teammate, there will be corresponding penalties.
