Appearance
Fan Yu is a middle aged man around 180cm tall with wide shoulders. He is well built and has powerful arms that look as if they are granite.
Personality
Fan Yu is an intelligent person who is quite stern. He has a powerful sense of being and likes to experiment with different things, especially when it concerns Spirit Guidance Weapons.
Plot
Fan Yu meets with Huo Yuhao after introduced by Zhou Yi and is pleasantly surprised by his Spirit Eyes as he had been looking for a mental attribute Spirit Master. He asks He Caitou to fire a Mounted Spirit Guidance Device with the support of Yuhao's Spirit Eyes. He is a bit disappointed by the range of his 1st Spirit Ability but is surprised when Yuhao states that it grows with his increase in Spirit Power. Thus Fan Yu asks Yuhao to return when his range reaches a 100 meters, after which he will teach Yuhao to create Spirit Guidance Devices. Afterwards he discusses with Zhou Yi about the potential of Yuhao and to help him recruit him into the Spirit Guidance Department even if he expelled from the Shrek Academy.
