Mo Lan looked to be in her late twenties. Although she wasn’t particularly beautiful, she did have a dignified aura around her.

Plot[]
Mo Lan was the conductor of the soul train that Tang Wulin was hitchhiking to Heaven Dou City. One of the train attendents brought him to her when he discovered Wulin did not have a ticket. She was surprised to learn that Wulin was a spirit elder and from Shrek Academy and a little annoyed about the harshness of their exam. She offered to help Wulin with his exam when terrorists hijacked the train.
Later, she became the sworn elder sister to Tang Wulin after that accident. She represented the Dove Faction that wanted peace and didn't initiate a war against Star Luo Empire and Dou Ling Empire, stood together with Shrek Academy and Tang Sect.
During the war between human and the soul beasts, she was the representative from the human side. She negotiated with Gu Yuena. Later, she made sure to get peace between two communities.
In the setup manual, it is shown that her son did not actually die, and finally reunited with her.
Etymology[]
Her full name literally means "dark blue" (墨蓝) altogether.
- Mo means "ink/ink stick/China ink, learning, black" (墨).
- Lan means "blue/blueness, kohlrabi" (蓝).
- Kohlrabi is a cabbage of a variety with an edible swollen stem.
