Appearance Edit

Mu Chen is a majestic man in his 40’s who is dressed in silver-grey clothes. He wears a badge on the pit of his stomach. The badge is golden in color, and has a protruding hammer design and a total of eight black stars above the hammer. 

In the whole Blacksmith’s Association, he is the only eight star Saint Craftsman level blacksmith. 

He is also the President of Eastsea Blacksmith's Association.

Personality Edit

A doting father. He has a competitive streak with Zhen Hua. Sometimes acts like a ruffian around him and tease him.

History Edit

Mu Chen studied under the same master as Zhen Hua and his wife, Yuan Bao'er. Zhen Hua was the oldest, followed by Mu Chen and Yuan Bao’er. Yuan Bao’er was the target of affection for both Mu Chen and Zhen Hua, but in the end, Mu Chen ended up with Yuan Bao’er, while Zhen Hua pursed blacksmithing.

Mu Chen moved with his family to Eastsea City and became the president of the Eastsea Blacksmith Association. Under his guidance, the economy in the Skysea Alliance has been thriving.

He ate some heaven and earth treasures that helped him increase his cultivation, but it caused him to develop an unstable foundation, preventing him from easily becoming a Titile Douluo.

First Appearance Edit

Mu Chen appeared in the Eastsea City blacksmith association branch, escorting his daughter, Mu Xi to her 2nd rank blacksmith test. Once Mu Xi left for her test, he heard the sound of Tang Wulin's forging and asks the receptionist at the test site for the test taker's name. He was going to go into the test room to see Tang Wulin's forging, but decided against it because of the rule he made not to interrupt a test.

When Tang Wulin came to receive his blacksmith badge, Mu Chen personally pinned the badge onto his shirt. He also prevent his daughter from challenging Wulin to a blacksmith duel.
