Appearance

Mu Xi is tall and exceptionally pretty with a pair of large, bright eyes. Her golden hair is combed and put into a ponytail. She has a charming figure, tall and thin. Although she hasn’t finished maturing yet, she still has a bit of the scent of a young woman. 

At the age of becoming 23, Mu Xi was in her prime as a woman. Her body had already developed in a perfect manner such that all the Shrek Seven Monsters’ males could not help saluting her upon seeing her. She was intensely beautiful and blazing hot, just like her personality. 

Personality

She is quite stubborn and hard-working and she also takes being a blacksmith seriously. She is quite talented for her age which is due to talent and hard work.

She initially had disdain for Tang Wulin because he was a better blacksmith than her, while being younger than her. She also didn't like the fact that her father started comparing her with Tang Wulin and be disappointed, secretly. However, as she saw the unprecedented speed of Tang Wulin's growth in blacksmithing, she stopped having any jealousy and anger towards him as she realized the gap between them could never be filled. Thus, she started being nicer to him and started noticing his exceptionally handsome face. She truly took on the role of being his senior disciple sister.

Mu Xi had the same mindset as Wu Siduo in certain areas. Both of them wished to pursue perfection. They refused to be awed by others when they had to be the best.

History

Since the time not long after she was born, her favorite pastime had been to observe her father as he forged. Her father had mentioned that this rough and weight-laden process of forging was not suitable for girls, but was for men. However, the stubbornness in her kicked in and she stood by her choice to become a blacksmith. She started training at the mere age of five, and started crafting small hammers. Her father thought that it was a joke at first. However, after seeing her persistence for two years, and mimicking his every action, it finally moved the heart of the Eastsea City’s Blacksmith’s Association President, Mu Chen.

Mu Xi inherited her father’s martial soul. That alone made it suitable for her to become a blacksmith. In addition, she was willing to put in the extra effort. Mu Chen couldn’t help but search for some rare herbs in order to try maintaining his daughter’s figure. While she was training to gain the adequate strength to become a blacksmith, her figure had taken the toll and turned stockier in the process.

Mu Xi’s passion for forging came from the bottom of her heart. She was officially a 1-star rank blacksmith at the age of eleven. Her progression grew at an exhilarating speed under Mu Chen’s tutelage.

Plot

Eastsea City

Not long after her thirteenth birthday, Mu Xi went with her father to the Blacksmith Association to take her 2-star rank blacksmith test. She was present when Mu Chen presented Tang Wulin with his 2-star rank blacksmith badge. Driven by her stubbornness and refusal to lose, she challenged Tang Wulin to a blacksmith duel, only to be blocked by her father.

The next day, Mu Xi cornered Tang Wulin with a few other students to force him into a blacksmith duel with her. It fell into a stalemate when Xie Xie intervened and threaten to take her life until a teacher arrived and sent them to the

Skysea Alliance Tournament

Mu Xi was with her father and Cen Yue in Mu Chen's office waiting for Tang Wulin to arrive. She watched as Mu Chen talked to Wulin about Blue Copperite , how he became a fourth-rank blacksmith, and the tournament. She rebuked him for being a money grubber and only thinking about money. After that, she and the others watched Wulin take the test for his fourth-rank blacksmith badge.

Mu Xi’s attitude toward Tang Wulin had changed significantly because of Tang Wulin’s strength.

When one person competed with another and there was a gap in strength, jealousy would appear. However, once that gap grew large enough, that jealousy would quickly disappear.

Mu Xi had yet to become a third rank blacksmith because she was still struggling with the Thousand Refinements, yet Tang Wulin was already a fourth rank blacksmith! Such a gap couldn’t be closed in only a few days.

When she saw Tang Wulin’s second-grade Blue Coppertite, the way she viewed him completely changed. She no longer saw him as just a rival and could see his other strengths now. When she saw him today, the first thing she that came to mind wasn’t “It’s this annoying guy again.” She actually thought, “Actually, this guy is kind of handsome.”

Such a subtle psychological change went unnoticed by Mu Xi. Even if she did realize this change, she would never admit it.

Shrek Academy

Mu Xi moved with her family to Shrek City when Mu Chen became the head of the blacksmith association in the city. Mu Xi saw Tang Wulin, when he came to visit Mu Chen. She was later enrolled into the second grade in the Outer Court of Shrek Academy. She chose not to compete with He Xiaopeng over the position of blacksmith representative, since she knew Tang Wulin will be the blacksmith representative of the first grade in the competition between the first and second grade.

Mu Xi was in the audience during the competition. It was the first time she saw Tang Wulin spirit refine. During the semester's final exam, she was waiting for Tang Wulin outside Shrek's blacksmith association. She informed him, the associations and Tang Sect in Shrek City were not allowed to aid the students in any way.

Mu Xi bid farewell to Tang Wulin before he head to the Star Luo Empire.

Mu Xi did not see Tang Wulin for four years until she saw him participate in the Sea God Fated Date Festival.

She saw Tang Wulin face-to-face when he and the Shrek Seven Monsters came to visit Mu Chen before departing for military training. She was a little upset at Tang Wulin for not visiting her, but was not able to vent her frustration at him after he apologized. She and the others watched as Tang Wulin tried to soul refine and Mu Xi bid him farewell when they left.

Destruction of Shrek Academy

Mu Xi and Mu Chen were not in the city when it was attacked by evil soul masters.

Ending

According to Tang/Lan Xuanyu 's archetype spoiler (one of hard fans of Tang Jia San Shao), actually in Tang Jia San Shao's setting, Mu Xi later changed some of her thoughts, and she got married with a male who three years old elder than her.
