Wu Yuhan, Bi Ran and Lei Jun participated in the Skysea Tournament. They entered the team competition as a team of three and made it to the round-robin round of the competition. Their first opponents in the round were class zero, Tang Wulin, Gu Yue, and Xie Xie, from Eastsea Academy. As soon as the match started, Bi Ran charged toward class zero with Wu Yuhan and Lei Jun behind him on his left and right respectively maintaining their triangle formation. As soon as they saw Tang Wulin with a purple spirit ring, they decided to launched a pincer attack on him. Yuhan activated his first soul skill. His body transformed and lightning launched out of him toward Tang Wulin. Strands of grass shot at Wu Yuhan in an effort to bind his transformed body.[1] Yuhan was the first to clash with Tang Wulin. Facing his variant Bluesilver Grass, he dared not be careless.
With this in mind, Wu Yuhan did not hesitate to activate his second soul skill. Electricity exploded from his body to form a spherical aura of lightning around him and repelled the Bluesilver Grass. Without the grass in his way, Wu Yuhan lunged at Tang Wulin.[1] At that moment, however, one vine among the many brightened as gold color seeped into its veins. It swerved around the electric barrier, circling the perimeter and quickly tightened, breaking through the lightning to bind Wu Yuhan.[1] Xie Xie then appeared him and attacked Yuhan with his Light Dragon Storm. The referee had to protect Wu Yuhan from the unnoticed Light Dragon Storm.[1] He was then eliminated from the match. The referee called an end to the match with victory going to class zero since Lei Jun was incapacitated and Bi Ran was struggling to endure Tang Wulin's attacks.
